How does FRC's Wholesale program work?
Our wholesale program is designed to provide the freshest possible coffee, tea, and botanical products to businesses across the country. Our easy-to-use wholesale portal allows approved customers to access our wide assortment of products at their customized pricing structure determined by purchase volume. Reordering is simple, saving you time and energy on shopping for products.
What are the volume requirements for wholesale orders?
To receive our entry-level wholesale discount, customers will need to purchase 30 lbs. of product (coffee, tea or botanicals) monthly.
How do I log in to my wholesale account?
To place a wholesale order, visit wholesale.freshroastedcoffee.com and log in using your wholesale credentials. The wholesale portal is separate from our retail site to keep your ordering experience as simplified as possible.
How does shipping work?
Our shipping program is the same for our retail site. All orders over $50 receive Free Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous US. Orders shipping outside the US have a weight-based fee applied. We do not currently offer international shipping options. If you require international shipping, please consider utilizing a US-based freight forwarder.

Do you offer equipment sales and training?
No. For information about using roasting, grinding, or brewing equipment, please consult the manufacturer.
I am an Amazon re-seller. Am I eligible for a wholesale account?
No. We do not allow wholesale re-sellers on online marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, or Wish. However, we do offer an affiliate program through Commission Junction (CJ.com) for those interested in commissioned sales from your website, blog, etc.
I would like to request samples; how can I do that?
Samples are only available for approved wholesale customers. For sample requests, please email wholesale@freshroastedcoffee.com please be aware that not all items are available for sample requests.
