The SR800 is the newest model of Fresh Roast available. With an 8 oz. roast capacity, a new heavy-duty high capacity fan and heater, and an improved control board, the SR800 is the answer to all home roasters' requests. This model has 9 levels of heat adjustment compared to having a Low, Medium, and High adjustment. and the fan also has a wider range of adjustment. Users are also able to change the default start settings.
