This signature extraction process produces cold-brewed liquid coffee and tea extract with a full-bodied, aromatic flavor profile and bold, super-smooth taste. By brewing 5 pounds of your favorite coffee, you should yield approximately 2.5 gallons of cold brew coffee extract.
